AGENT PROFILE

Evan Manship is an Indianapolis born and bred visionary real estate entrepreneur with a major focus on the residential real estate industry. Evan is a motivator, dreamer, and catalyst for fueling growth within the real estate investment community in the midwestern United States. 

Evan earned his Bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from Xavier University in 2013. Thereafter, Evan was able to achieve his real estate license in 2014, assessor-appraiser license in 2015, and eventually become the youngest pinned certified commercial investment member (CCIM) in the history of the Indiana chapter. 

Currently, Evan serves as principal of Mainstay Property Group and Midwest Cash Offer where his team of 20 identify undervalued off-market real estate projects that are paired with global investor appetite to maximize real estate portfolio returns. Mainstay Property Group has been recognized by the Indianapolis Business Journal, Inc. Magazine, and the Indiana Chamber of Commerce as one of the fastest growing privately owned companies in Indianapolis and one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana respectively. 

Evan is married to his wife and center of his world, Emily. They live on Eagle Creek Reservoir and enjoy taking their two Great Pyrenees, Mo and Minnie, on long wooded walks through Eagle Creek Park. When Evan is not working a real estate deal, he can be found on the golf course, in his swimming pool, or enjoying a local IPA.
