Our talented associate, Ludmila Berezova-Dimitrov, has been immersed in real estate since 1997. 

She has remodeled hundreds of properties from single family to multifamily – usually representing her own interests.

She then acquired a 48-plex and has since owned a 240-unit apartment complex that took her 3 years to stabilize and sell for a profit. In 2015, she received her real estate licence and has been a valued member of Gant Hill & Associates since 2018.
