EXPERIENCE

Patti Presnell-Maddox is a married mother of three sons and runs her sports-enthused family with the same laser-focus as she does her other avenues of life, as a real estate agent since 1995 and a competitive USTA tennis player.

Patti may be a Louisville native who grew up in Prospect, attending Sacred Heart Academy, Ballard High School, and Bellarmine University, but she is also a member of the Cherokee Indian Nation of Oklahoma, where her father, David G. Presnell, Jr., was a Civil Engineer and founder of The Presnell Group (now QK4).  He additionally had several Native American Firms that provided professional Engineering, Survey, Transportation Planning, Environmental, Energy and Economic Development services to the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Indian Health Services, Individual Tribal Entities, and the public and private sector.  Patti worked for the firm in multiple capacities ranging from Accounting, Marketing, Business Manager, and Project Manager.  Patti has also developed a strong contracting background from assisting in the Project Management of many of her husband’s contracting projects.

Her passion is real estate, not just as a Realtor, but actively participating in the improvement of residential and commercial property.  Patti is business-minded and financially driven to maximize a property.  Whether it is an investment property or a personal residence, Patti helps her clients recognize the maximum of their property’s potential by driving the importance of a property being “Market Ready.”

When she’s not supporting and watching her sons play sports or her husband coach football, Patti loves gardening and has completed several landscape design projects. She is also an active member and volunteer at Holy Trinity Parish and a member of the Crescent Hill Community Council.
