Trey Watson is a rising commercial real estate star in Louisville, Kentucky who will stop at nothing to achieve his clients’ goals. Growing up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Trey was exposed early on to sales, business, and entrepreneurship through his father, who was an entrepreneur. This early exposure sparked an interest in the art of negotiation. After moving to the Greater Kentucky area, he cut his teeth as a sales professional in Kentucky’s auto industry, where he sold cars for two of the premier auto brands in the industry- Audi and Lexus. Always drawn to real estate, he made the leap into commercial real estate after building his knowledge and skills in sales, and never looked back.
Trey holds a Masters in Commercial Property (MiCP®) designation from The Lipsey School of Real Estate and is currently pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute.
